Although we actively work to reduce fraudulent activity, no online platform can completely eliminate scams. This Anti-Scam Policy explains our approach to preventing fraud and how users can help keep the community safe.

Our Commitment

We continuously monitor the Platform to detect and reduce:

• Fake listings

• Spam advertisements

• Fraudulent accounts

• Phishing attempts

• Misleading information

• Account abuse

• Suspicious user activity

Listings or accounts that violate our policies may be removed without prior notice.

Our Role

Dr. Rejoice Software provides a platform where users can publish listings and communicate with one another.

We do not:

• Verify the identity of every user.

• Guarantee that listings are genuine.

• Act as a buyer or seller.

• Participate in negotiations.

• Handle payments between users.

• Guarantee delivery of goods or services.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before completing any transaction.

Common Scam Warning Signs

Be cautious if someone:

• Requests payment before you inspect the item.

• Offers prices that are unrealistically low.

• Pressures you to complete a transaction immediately.

• Refuses to answer reasonable questions.

• Asks to continue communication only outside the Platform.

• Sends suspicious links or attachments.

• Requests gift cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers.

• Sends fake payment confirmations or receipts.

If something seems suspicious, stop communicating and report the user.

Protect Yourself

To reduce the risk of fraud:

• Meet in safe public places whenever possible.

• Verify the identity of the other party.

• Inspect products before making payment.

• Never share passwords or OTPs.

• Never send money to unknown individuals.

• Use secure payment methods.

• Keep records of your conversations and transactions.

Reporting Fraud

If you believe you have encountered a scam, please report it immediately.

Please include:

• Listing URL

• Username

• Description of the incident

• Screenshots (if available)

• Supporting evidence

Account Actions

Depending on the severity of a violation, we may:

• Remove listings

• Issue warnings

• Temporarily suspend accounts

• Permanently ban users

No Transaction Guarantee

Dr. Rejoice Software does not guarantee:

• Product quality

• Seller credibility

• Buyer credibility

• Payment completion

• Delivery of goods

• Successful transactions

Users accept full responsibility for their purchasing and selling decisions.

Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by law, we may cooperate with government agencies and law enforcement by providing information relevant to investigations, subject to applicable legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.

Policy Updates

This Anti-Scam Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
